In his writings, Dr. Deming talked about his diagram ‘Production Viewed As A System’. He claimed it was drawn on the blackboards of all his lectures in Japan. Dr. Deming also said it was the first time many workers knew where their job fit into the organization. We’ve attempted to begin by using the concepts the good Doctor provided us.
